War footing

'If I do not understand the way you teach me
Why don't you teach me the way I understand'

Why can't this philosophy be adopted at war footing - than the existing (more documentation oriented).
Would it not unleash more creativity- both teaching  and learning- in terms of best practices?

Should schools not have sociology as a subject right from primary level?

It's an equally important subject to sustain well in this world. The impact specially if negative is more harmful at personal level than any other.
